We respectfully request 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. This courtesy allows us to offer our time to other clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
We understand that delays happen. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to abbreviate your service to accommodate subsequent appointments. Full service charges apply regardless of shortened service time.
Your safety is paramount. All implements undergo hospital-grade sterilization between clients. Single-use items are never shared. Our technicians follow strict hand hygiene protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment when necessary.
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we observe conditions that could be aggravated by nail services or pose health risks.
Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children receiving services must be able to remain seated safely throughout the appointment. We offer specialized services designed specifically for younger clients.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment methods. Gratuities for exceptional service are appreciated but never required. Gift certificates are available for purchase.
We stand behind our work. If you experience issues with your service within 72 hours, please contact us immediately. We will assess and correct any service-related concerns at no additional charge when appropriate.
